RE-CONTEXTUALISATION RATIONALE
In a city of laneways and hidden locations, directions are often a part of overheard dialogue. The re-contextualisation of commonly heard directions
in an official media, draws into question whether the message is communicating
a destination or direction.
It challenges expectation and aims to create intrigue.
ANALYSIS
Installation of this application was paid little attention by passers by, the time of installation (7:30 pm) likely played a considerable role in this. Individuals that did comment on or paid attention to the installation appeared to be generally disinterested and confused.
